Shopfronts and facades
Timber and steel frontage, signage, awnings and the door people actually want to walk through. Permits and the historic-centre paperwork handled.
Counters and back bars
The working heart of a café. Built around your machine, your queue and your staff, in solid oak, terrazzo or stainless.
Full interior fit-out
Seating, shelving, lighting and acoustics as one drawing set, so nothing arrives two centimetres wrong on install day.
How it runs
From a site visit to an open shop in about eleven weeks.
Site visit and measure
We come to the unit, measure everything, and tell you honestly what the space will and will not take. Free, and about ninety minutes.
Drawings and a fixed quote
Within ten working days: a full drawing set, material samples you can hold, and one price that does not move unless you change your mind.
Built in our workshop
Six to eight weeks in Ljubljana, not on your floor. You get photographs every Friday so there are no surprises.
Installed in one closure
We fit in a single closed week, clean up after ourselves, and hand over a snag list we have already worked through.

Who we build for
Independent cafés, bakeries and shops, mostly with one or two locations.
Our customers are owners rather than property companies: someone opening their first café in Ljubljana or Maribor, a bakery adding a second unit in Graz, a shop in Trieste taking on the space next door. We work across Slovenia, southern Austria and northern Italy, and we are happy to be the only trade you have to talk to.
