Why we do not subcontract.

Most fit-out firms of our size are really project managers: they win the job and hand it to whoever is free that month. We have nine people on the payroll, four of them joiners who have been here more than five years, and they are the ones who will be standing in your shop on install day. That is the whole reason we can promise a date and keep it.

It also means we say no more often than our competitors. If your programme needs twelve weeks and you need to open in six, we will tell you at the site visit rather than three weeks in.
